Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your performance footwear to you:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
2. Free Shipping
• Available on orders over $50
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship globally (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Returns & Exchanges
Just like our cross-training shoes adapt to your workout, our return policy adapts to your needs. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition:
- Unworn (no signs of wear or dirt)
- Original tags attached
- In the original packaging with all accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Insoles (once removed from packaging)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. This is your tracking number for the return process.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package your return (we recommend using the original box) including:
- The unworn merchandise with all original tags
- Original packaging and any accessories
- A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
– Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
– PayPal refunds: Typically processed within 24 hours
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
- Specify the replacement item and size you prefer
We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference. For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare, but it happens even to the best cross-training shoes):
